Twenty-one years ago, Marlou Holgerson started a pet sitting-company, and as her business grew her clients began requesting additional errand services. She started her personal assistant service in New York while caring for a family member who needed both medical and personal assistance.

Four years later, she came back to Arizona, bringing her enhanced errand services and experience with her, ultimately founding Swedish Aloha Errand Genie.
